Last week, our CIO, Orlando Gemes, moderated the LP Perspectives panel at the Private Credit Connect hosted by the Financial Times.
As the credit cycle has evolved, we have identified a range of emerging risks which, although differing in form, bear notable parallels to 2007. These include pockets of increasingly aggressive underwriting within private credit, growing complexity across capital structures, and a heightened reliance on liquidity assumptions that have yet to be tested through a full market cycle.
For further insight, we have included our Fourier Asset Management Private Credit Report below, alongside a selection of photographs from the panel.
We extend our thanks to the Financial Times and our fellow panelists for an engaging and insightful discussion.
